Very fine and tidy FBO and ramp. Good staff and helpful line personnel. A bit costly, but they are the only operation in town for jets.

Visited KCID and Signature yesterday. Had a good experience. The line staff and office staff were fine. When Enterprise/National failed to delver my rental car, they gave me a ride to my meeting, luckily less than 10 minutes away. Then they came back and picked me up 4 hours later. Have not had similar pleasant experiences at other Signature locations. Keep up the fine work!

There is a $40 dollar landing fee here. Even for a quick stop, bathroom break, with a Cessna 172. Yikes.

Front desk personnel occupied with phone calls and unconcerned about people standing before them. Charges are too high. Quite noisy in the pilots lounge due to front desk actions and line workers walking up and down the corridor loudly speaking either on the radio or to other ground crew. Difficult to relax. If you visit CID, prepare beforehand. We showed up on a Monday and had zero rental cars available, no taxis, no Uber and scarce Lyft.

Ramp crew gave away our rental to the passengers and refused to make up for their mistake by either allowing us to take the crew car or the passengers rental that they were supposed to have. Landed at 9:30p and we’re due out at 8:00a the next morning. It was slow and I’m sure the crew car was not utilized and thus wouldn’t have been a problem for us to utilize their crew car. No Ubers available at that hour as well. I comprehend not allowing us to take the other rental but crew car? Absurd.

First time stop over at Signature CID. Flew turboprop to drop passenger with cargo. Arriving in a TBM to a completely vacant ramp, strangely, we were directed to park at the furthest spot from the facility at the edge of taxiway “D”. Aside from the obscure parking spot, the assistance and quickness of the personnel was superb. Very supportive all the way around. Cost at Signature is generally above the average, nevertheless this location was only a bit above cost outlooks and quite standard for a Class “C” single site FBO, in my view. The facility was immaculate with fresh pleasant seating in a bright and nice setting. The conveniences were standard for a “chain” FBO. Zero grievances from me on the handling of my passenger and cargo. I would not hesitate to utilize Signature CID.
