I flew into CIC for a charity flight, and had to wait several hours until my passenger got back - people at Northgate were super welcoming and let me stay and use their facilities and WiFi without even charging me for it. 5 stars.

A kind young lady saw how upset we were by the fact that there's very little food at the FBO and she got us food from the employee fridge. Above and beyond, five stars across-the-board, by far our preferred FBO in Northern California.

Go for the Star Wars memorabilia…stay for the good service and good food in town. Pistons jets and helicopters all seem welcome and are treated well A fine stop for just fuel or Food and fuel.

Good customer service. Looked up their hours before stopping in and was greeted by their pleasant staff. Used a crew car for an hour and bought some reasonable 100LL. Thanks for the good service as usual!!

I know everyone has rough days, so I comprehend when service is sometimes not up to standard, BUT, these folks are consistently poor.....ALWAYS! There will be 3 fellows sitting around while you taxi around their ramp to figure out parking, they will continue to not even notice your arrival while you unload your baggage, you will show up to a plane not fueled...even though you called ahead twice. Sorry guys, but you need to step it up.

No cafe/eatery but vending machines, restrooms, and lounge accessible. Superb personnel!

Fantastic FBO! Diverted here on a VFR flight because of smoke in the area and the staff at Northgate took fine care of us. They permitted us to use the crew car overnight to get to our lodging and dinner and allowed us to use the golf cart to load our baggage onto the plane the following morning. The lounge is air conditioned and cozy, and the Star Wars memorabilia is next level! We will certainly return next time we are in the locale. - Jojo

Visited a few months back. Landed there to top off the plane, borrow the crew car, and grab breakfast. Very friendly people and awesome Star Wars stuff! Definitely also recommend Morning Thunder Cafe for breakfast!
