They charged me a $30 ramp fee plus an $8 facility fee in a C172. I took the courtesy car out for a fast bite and was back in under an hour. Staff was nice and friendly.

Moya on 3rd shift line at Signature Aviation CHS is flat-out phenomenal. No matter how late it gets, she’s always friendly, outgoing, courteous, and insanely efficient. For flight crews coming in late, she’s basically the backbone of the operation—reliable, welcoming, and on top of every detail. If your looking for an FBO where you have to park yourself, chock yourself, carry bags in by yourself and have no contact with line service on arrival or departure, than this is your FBO! Arguably the worst FBO service I've seen in my 15 years of flying professionally. Thank goodness we don't frequent this location. If we did I'd go to Atlantic and pay the extra $3/gal than deal with this FBO. Only plus side being a bravo member was cheap fuel. Do not recommend at all

Staff was fine and helpful. FBO is new and modern. They forgot to refuel me so gave me the weekend discount of $0.50 off.

Just so everyone knows signature at this location will no longer reserve rental cars for patrons. I'm not certain what the purpose of an FBO is if they cannot supply service.

Great service Stopped in today for a quick passenger drop off & fuel. From the front desk to the line personnel, everybody was superb. Prices was very reasonable, Will definitely come again Vision Jet 18

I concur with most of the other remarks. $1100 for a hawker to be on the ramp? Just your standard overpriced signature. Always sense like there should be further worth supplied. Snacks in the FBO? Just the inexpensive items and not even fine or nicely shown. Staff is cordial. None of this is their concern. Location was tidy.

Do not spend your cash here. Service is awful. Line personnel are sluggish, operate slowly, refuse to assist with luggage, will not chock. Go to Atlantic

Why do they have the CBP logo if they do not have the service on site? (and never had according to one of their staff) isnt that misleading ?
