Overall, it was a pleasant stop with Wilson Air. The line guy chocked my PA28 before we were even out of the airplane and asked right there on the ramp if we wanted fuel. I was trying to find a crew car so we could run grab a quick bite to eat, but being under 25 was a bummer since they run the crew cars through GoRentals. Other than the crew car thing, I’ve got no complaints. Would recommend.

Good FBO, helpful personnel who are really sharp, and who do not prefer ice cream!

Flew my 172 into CHA to practice Class C communications. Was immediately meet at ramp by linesman and welcoming staff who quickly got us parked, chocked and welcome mats laid. FBO was extremely fine and clean with complimentary coffee and cookies. My only complaint was the $25 ramp fee. For a 45 minute stop, that was the most costly cup of coffee and cookies I've ever had. Seems like everyone has gone fee/tip crazy. Doubtful I'll go back.

What a pleasant fuel stop! Treats, cold drinks, swag, and wonderful southern hospitality. This will surely be a preferred stop the next time we are heading to the east coast.

Stayed overnight in Chattanooga last night. Wilson Air Center gave exceptional, professional service. I called early AM to let them know I was going to be an hour late, and Preston said no problem. The line girl was very helpful, getting me a rag / funnel for oil and checking the lights and pitot while I was still in the plane. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you're visiting Chattanooga. They're an excellent FBO. Approach, tower, and ground ATC were all professional and pleasant.

Stopped here to stretch our legs on a long XC and had a good time. Personnel was very welcoming and there was complimentary snacks and blue bell ice cream available. Spoke with a ramp guy named David for a while and he was a very fine guy and good to talk to

Always a good experience - been here a couple of times in a C172, they always marshall me in and give a golf cart escort to the facility. Free water, ice cream, and they even had a small breakfast buffet today. Two crew cars, but the rental agency also has a deal for a two hour rental for about $30 just in case. Wonderful service here!
