Fine FBO, but $65 in facility and infrastructure fees to drop off a passenger in a piston single is absurd.

Wonderful service here. Line guys let us load pax and bags in the hangar today during a squall, always willing to lend a hand loading the plane and very good with the kids. I've never waited for the rental car to be planside ever here. Francois L. - C421

Waiting area was comfortable and well stocked. Didn’t need to use the day room, but it was impressive also. The place to go in Cleveland.

I was satisfied with my experience here at KCGF. Ramp fees waived with 15gal fuel purchase for a piston single. Still had a $15 infrastructure fee, not unusual at bigger FBOs these days. Had to hangar two nights due to rain and storms, hangar rate was not inexpensive, but I felt it was still fair. I was given a fuel discount of $.80/gal from the published price. Don’t know how that occurred, but I valued it nonetheless. Plane was taken out of the hangar, fueled exactly to my specifications, and was prepared to go on the ramp when I showed up to depart. Popcorn and drinks ready for you inside. Fine facilities, pleasant staff. Reasonable pricing. Will return.

Fine facility $15 infrastructure charge and $10 a day landing/ parking fee for Piper Cherokee.

75 gallon minimum for a King Air 200. Good place otherwise.

A really fine FBO costs are less expensive than other selections in the vicinity.

We visit this facility (fbo) at a minimum of once every month. The support is superb! They certainly possess some elevated charges and the gas costs are quite steep, but it is handy. It is certainly not the least expensive but it is suitable for my private needs. I have checked out other selections nearby and could possibly afford them a chance simply because the invoice is very steep at this location.

Flew into KCGF for dinner with our daughter and ended up having a medical emergency. Mark and Paul could not have been more helpful. They moved our Cozy Mark III into a hangar for as long as we needed. We can’t thank this FBO enough for all of their professional and caring staff. Beautiful facility and top notch personnel! Welcoming personnel, tidy and pleasant FBO. They had my rental car ready for me and they managed the drop-off too -- very handy. I would suggest them. One detail to mention is that they lack a tiedown area. They’ll chock up your plane or you can hire a hangar if there is bad weather.
