This is the first review I've ever submitted but I've never had service this exceptional before. These folks are amazing. Flying across the nation in my Baron and had a maintenance issue that would have kept me grounded for a week anywhere else. They had me in the hanger within 2 minutes of landing and at least 4 technicians swarmed my plane and started working. They diagnosed the most likely issue right away and went to work. Facility, eatery, and shop all 5-stars! I'll return for sure.

Emerald Cosst is simply wonderful. They run a classy operation and price things in a way that normal people can afford to fly in here. Good staff and facilities. We are thankful for this business and hope they keep up what they're doing..

Always a good stop. Stick and Rudder has amazing food. Quick lineman. Lots of military training in the area and on the ground

First class facility! We stopped in for a couple hours while our passengers attended to business and had a comfortable layover. Cordial staff and tidy restrooms. The eatery next door has good food, best part is with 100 gal fuel minimum purchase you get breakfast or lunch for $1.

Stopped here to drop Pax in a Larger Jet. Had to pay $500 ramp/handling fee. No issue. Asked to use the crew car so we could get some food and A/C supplies and were told that no crew car without fuel purchase. SO WHY AM I PAYING YOU $500. I would grasp the restriction if we did not have to pay a handling fee, but to charge a fee and then deny services... you guys can do better!

Disappointed, not gonna be back for a long time! I've been getting fuel here despite the pricier cost because of the $1 crew meals. The FBO’s cheapness has made it more challenging to justify. Flying in a Piper Arrow, I used to be able to feed my girlfriend (also pilot) and I with a typical 40-50 gallon purchase, but now it's gotten to where they only give 1 crew meal, and won't give it to you until AFTER the line has finished putting fuel in, which can take quite a while!

I purchased a plane in the area and Emerald Coast Aviation handled the pre-buy and subsequent annual. Randy did a good job on both the pre-buy and annual. He kept us informed at every stage of the process and we are very pleased with the work he did. When I picked up the plane, I needed to spend the night and Emerald Coast went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. They loaned me the courtesy car overnight and had the plane ready for my departure early the next morning.

Wonderful clean FBO. Snacks. Good restaurant on site. Finest food.

Good stop! Ground crew was friendly and gave us the crew car for the night. Next morning we returned to a fine breakfast before departure. Hope to visit again!

I had to divert to KCEW on 5/4/2023 due to unfavorable engine indications. Emerald Coast Aviation was 1st class in every way. They met me on the ramp and were Very helpful. The director of Maintenance Randy had the sensor repaired and I was back in the air in under 2 hrs. I have a 2022 SR22T. Thank you ECA everyone was Superb.
