Emerald Coast Aviation (KCEW)

A big shout out to the professional team at Emerald Coast Aviation. I'm a Cirrus owner based in a community hanger here, and since I fly regularly, I'm consistently impressed by how friendly and professional everybody is. That goes for the line crew, the front counter, and, when necessary, the now Cirrus Authorized sService Center led by Randy, who brings years of Cirrus experience. Another great bonus is the Stick and Rudder Restaurant, attracting locals and military pilots from all over.

This is the first review I've ever submitted but I've never had service this exceptional before. These folks are amazing. Flying across the nation in my Baron and had a maintenance issue that would have kept me grounded for a week anywhere else. They had me in the hanger within 2 minutes of landing and at least 4 technicians swarmed my plane and started working. They diagnosed the most likely issue right away and went to work. Facility, eatery, and shop all 5-stars! I'll return for sure.

Emerald Cosst is simply wonderful. They run a classy operation and price things in a way that normal people can afford to fly in here. Good staff and facilities. We are thankful for this business and hope they keep up what they're doing..

Outstanding service for my SR22 annual at Emerald Coast Aviation! Everything went smoothly and professionally from beginning to end. Randy, the Director of Maintenance, is absolutely first class-knowledgeable, communicative, and obviously proud of the work he does. It’s not often you come across a maintenance facility that gives you total confidence in your aircraft. I highly recommend Emerald Coast Aviation to any pilot wanting top-tier service!

Disappointed, not gonna be back for a long time! I've been getting fuel here despite the pricier cost because of the $1 crew meals. The FBO’s cheapness has made it more challenging to justify. Flying in a Piper Arrow, I used to be able to feed my girlfriend (also pilot) and I with a typical 40-50 gallon purchase, but now it's gotten to where they only give 1 crew meal, and won't give it to you until AFTER the line has finished putting fuel in, which can take quite a while!

I purchased a plane in the area and Emerald Coast Aviation handled the pre-buy and subsequent annual. Randy did a good job on both the pre-buy and annual. He kept us informed at every stage of the process and we are very pleased with the work he did. When I picked up the plane, I needed to spend the night and Emerald Coast went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. They loaned me the courtesy car overnight and had the plane ready for my departure early the next morning.

First class facility! We stopped in for a couple hours while our passengers attended to business and had a comfortable layover. Cordial staff and tidy restrooms. The eatery next door has good food, best part is with 100 gal fuel minimum purchase you get breakfast or lunch for $1.
