Absolutely exceptional customer service. If you fly into the commercial side call Eagle Aviation for a ride to the FBO. If you want good service and to deal with fine people call Eagle Aviation. I'm very thankful for my experience I had here. Very clean place, professional staff, and extremely accommodating!! Thank you!

Me and my friend Evan took a flight to Columbia Metro to get our cross country done. Upon arrival we were greeted by the ground team and were very polite. Working the front desk was April. She was very kind and funny and gave us a crew car for our trip. Would definitely return.

Eli and James are the best! We overnighted at the other (wrong) FBO and they had left before we arrived, locked the door and refused to answer the phone after telling us they would be there. Eli and James from Eagle drove over to collect us and even got us to our lodging. Very professional and 24/7 - unlike Columbia Aviation. I will only use Eagle going ahead! Thanks Eli and James!

Flew into Columbia Metro for a wedding - Good long crossing runways with approach and tower controllers. The people at Eagle aviation were very accommodating. They topped off my fuel while I was still unloading. They were able to arrange for a rental car, even when I couldn't due to the Masters Golf Tournament. I will certainly use them again the next time I'm in Columbia.

Flew in yesterday. Called ahead and spoke with the Legend, Eli, and he got us arranged with a crew vehicle for lunch. Marshaled right in and treated like we were a G6 even though our little 172 is a bit smaller. Cheyenne and Kenny (hope I remembered that name correct) were fantastic. Upon return same superb treatment. No fuel purchased. Fees here state $15 for SEL but we were charged $30. Vehicle was no charge so definitely not complaining! For a Class Charlie, simple in and out and highly recommend. Call ahead if you’re a little bird.

Good FBO. I flew into Columbia to spend the weekend . They had my rental car on the ramp waiting for my arrival. On departure, the personnel was friendly and accommodating. I will certainly use this FBO on my next trip to CAE .

They took superb care of me and the 441 I was basing at their FBO with. Everything was quite reasonably priced, the CSRs were always simple to deal with and the line crew always assisted us and found area for us in their hangar when we needed it. Scott, Howard and their maintenance crew helped us out when they could with a problem we had and were truly accommodating. It was a delight basing here.
