Overall, the facility is decent enough and easy to get into. That said, I have to back up the earlier comments about how little leeway there is on policy. Because of work obligations and a pretty stiff headwind, we showed up late. I called ahead to give them a heads up and was told we wouldn’t be charged if we landed before 2200. We pushed hard to make that cutoff and still got hit with the $500 'call out' fee. The facility wouldn’t budge and said the policy applies no matter what the situation is. Watch out too, since that fee isn’t posted either.

Although the physical facilities are fine, the staff performance and operational execution were well below acceptable industry standards. Specific issues included: • Condescending and unprofessional demeanor from front-desk personnel upon arrival. • Failure to stage the plane in advance of our scheduled departure, despite the time being on file. • Complete absence of readily available ice service; the ice trucks were not prepped and instead I had to handscrape both wings.

Good experience, welcoming personnel. I flew in with a Mooney and remained in Bozeman for a few days. I required oxygen for my portable system and they suggested Arlins 1/2 mile away on the field. Also provided a ride over there to save time.

5 Star! Friendliest personnel, desk & line went way above & beyond. We needed to overnight because of storms & they got us arranged with a good room rate, superb food suggestions & special plane treatment. Can wait to return to Bozeman!

Though we’re CAA members, we won’t be using this FBO for any of our aircraft fleet service anymore. We booked a hangar for just one night, four days before arrival, and signed the rental agreement. Then the next morning our plans shifted and I called right away to cancel the hangar. Per their policy, we still got charged a day’s rate (almost $1000)... zero flexibility or consideration from the staff for our situation. Was told the policy is the policy. Pretty disappointing from this FBO

I had a pretty pleasant two-night stay here in my single engine piston. Jet Aviation plugged in my engine preheater the night before departure like I asked, and my rental car was brought planeside when I arrived. I'd happily come back. My only gripe was their self serve pump. It shut down on me twice. From the comments here, it seems like it's been acting up for over a year.

Good experience. Fueled rapidly. Personnel welcoming.

Heated hangar is $349/night for single piston.
