July 3, 2026Awesome FBO! Fuel was cheap, especially with today's prices, and the runway is good. There's a low-cost vending machine inside, and everything was very clean! 10/10

April 15, 2025We flew to Bay City with our family. Renee and line service were very quick to assist with fuel and anything we asked. They even had the courtesy car running with air conditioner on when we showed up. Superb FBO and Service! Absolutely top-notch place to visit.

March 13, 2022Super customer care by Renee! I called ahead for details for my initial visit to Bay City Airport, possibly arriving after hours. Renee went out of her way to ensure I had all the details I needed including door codes, gate accessibility, crew car availability, and made sure I would feel at home there. Every FBO needs a Renee. As for the airport and facilities, runways, runway lights, ramp, FPO facilities, all good shape and well-kept.

August 11, 2024Flew into BYY just a few days after the hurricane went over. They were very helpful with the status of the airport and what was working and what was out of service. Jet fuel truck was up and running for us to get fuel. Renee was very helpful with the rental car situation and the crew car was pulled up to the front door for us. Facility was good and everyone was helpful and friendly in spite of the situation from the storm. ATC procedures are a little odd. Take a little extra fuel!!
