Stopped here for fuel after 1800. Fine self serve 100LL. Local pilot advised me there is usually a down draft when taking off on 31, but not 13. Don’t know how accurate that is or if it was just because the winds were from the south that day. I guess the FBO is the maintenance building on the south end of the ramp. The door was unlocked, AC was going, and there were bathrooms. Otherwise the FBO was older and empty.
