Landed here in an open cockpit bi-plane and they treated me like a jet customer. Now that's customer service. Keep up the fine work!

First time here and as soon as the prop stopped lineman was there to see if we needed fuel or anything else. Fueled us up and assisted tie down with FBO supplied tie downs. FBO has nearly new courtesy cars, 5 of them. Grabbed one and headed to town for lunch. They have snacks, drinks and up to date lounge area. Highly recommend KBVO FBO!!!!

What first class FBO. Cannot express enough about the welcoming service and nice facilities.

Good facilities, clean, comfortable, and cool ( landed with temperatures in the high 90s). Pleasant service, fine 100ll price and prompt service. Good and clean courtesy car. Half way point between home and grandkids, plan to stop often.

Line personnel are fast, attentive, and fine. Crew cars are accessible. Lots of local food choices a short 5 minutes away in the downtown area. Cannot request much more. Shall return if in the vicinity.

The folks here are absolutely amazing! As soon as you land they're on the Unicom asking if you need anything so they can be right there with a fuel truck as soon as you shut down if needed! They're super fast, dependable and very pleasant! It's always a good experience when I stop over in my Vans RV-8 as if I was flying my Gulfstream here! They also have a crew car available to head into downtown Bartlesville where there's some WONDERFUL food options! - Roy D.

Really pleased. Very tidy. All staff extremely helpful. Took courtesy vehicle to Murphy’s steak house. Around a mile away. Bring your hunger. Fine food and a large amount of it. The hot hamburger was good but more than I could consume. Will return
