I’ve been to many FBOs throughout my aviation career, but I’ve never felt as welcomed as I did by Maggie and the Heritage team. Absolutely a 10/10 experience, and I’ll certainly be back. Our flight school keeps a list of go-to airports and FBOs for cross-country flights, and Heritage is without a doubt getting added. Thanks for the superb hospitality!

Heritage Aviation at Burlington international is perhaps the finest FBO that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The personnel were consistently helpful and nice, stepping right up to assist me in every situation. I flew in and out four times over four days and had nothing but outstanding service with a smile. Considering that this is an international airport and customs, entry point, I'm sure there are more affordable choices available, but for my requirements this is as good as it gets.

Good service and lovely FBO terminal. Parking was $45/night for single engine piston (Piper Arrow). Airport landing fee was $6. There was a $.20/gallon fuel discount in exchange for topping off. No tiedowns -- instead they triple chalk the plane. - Colton W.

As always a very welcoming personnel. Was billed $25 to leave my Piper Warrior II for a couple hours. Crew vehicle was fine and had a limit of perhaps 3 hours on its usage.

The ramp fees currently on ForeFlight are misleadingly low by more than 50%. It was too costly as published and unbelievable as actually charged. Fine spot and welcoming. But I won't be back because of the ramp fees unless I have no other choices. - Ken

$40 for a few hours of time on the ramp in a C182 is quite steep. No services. Fine FBO, but seriously? I just went thru the door and out the other side.

I changed my plan to stay in Burlington on a very long cross-country trip late on a Thursday. I called Heritage to see if they could arrange a rental car at short notice and arrange for it to be delivered. They made it happen - was waiting on the apron. Fuel order delivered just as requested. Welcoming staff, nice building, absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Lemme tell you about the service at Heritage Aviation. I pull onto another ramp at the airport and two heritage employees--I think their names were Adam and Nate--stopped what they were doing to assist me push my plane back. They would not even let me touch the plane that is how serious they were about giving me a positive customer interaction. They pushed it back, tied it down, buttoned her up, and asked me if I needed anything else. 8/7 service. Cannot recommend enough!

Cameron at the front desk and her food suggestions ended and started a good visit to kbtv.

No longer CAA sadly but still a good FBO.
