Velocity (KBTR)

Just wanted to give BTR-Velocity a big shout out. They’re our preferred BTR FBO, both on the ground and in the air. The lengths a business will go to help when they aren’t even going to see any $ from you really says a lot about these folks’ commitment to service. I was headed to Houston today and had to divert because of weather. I took a chance and called the folks at Velocity on their Airinc, and they managed to relay a message to our dispatch so cars could be arranged at the divert location. Velocity was more than willing to help! Thanks

Best snack spread I've ever come across at an FBO. Fresh-baked cookies, ice cream bars, and they even have a bar! I phoned the day before to get help with a rental car. Enterprise had no cars available, but the front desk staff member really went above and beyond, finding one for me and calling back three hours later-before her shift ended-to confirm the rental was secured. Velocity staff and facility are FIRST RATE. Cessna 182

Good FBO with superb line service And snacks!

Came in late after midnight for a quick turn on fuel with no expectations but WOW was this a good pick. Very convenient location at the end of RWY13, quick friendly service from Jason, and a very well stock and comfortable FBO. I will definitely be making this a regular stop.

Velocity and BTR Jet Center are apparently under the same company now. Got hit with a $200 callout, and the attendant was really rude when I arrived.

Cirrus SR22T - excellent FBO! I'll definitely be back. Plenty of food and snacks, plus alcohol too if this is your final stop! The service was fast and efficient.

Really good FBO. Snacks and amenities are fantastic. After the last four legs ending at Sheltair, we were glad to head over to BTR Jet. We pulled in to find a fuel truck and marshaler already waiting, and they had us getting fueled up before we even stepped inside the nice building full of snacks and drinks. Would recommend

Just another good comment about this awesome FBO! Perfectly layed out, spotless clean, well organized ,fine comfort amenities and super flight crew friendly. One of the finest I've been to. The big chain FBOs could learn a lot from this one!!
