Pls note that the ramp fee details is not accurate. As of today 8/1 there is a minimum fuel purchase amount to waive the handling fee. For our TBM it was 75 gallons.

Fine amenities, fuel somewhat costly, but staff amiable.

Been here twice now -- roughly a year apart. Both times they failed to fuel the plane before EDT. CSR and line have zero communication amongst themselves. You'd be better off stopping for fuel somewhere else prior to arriving. They've also told us they'd get a rental and have it prepared upon arrival, we waited 1.5 hrs for Enterprise to bring it to us after we landed. If you want it done around here -- you better plan on doing it yourself

A very professional operation. My passenger and I stopped by for a meal at Wings Cafe. Upon returning to the plane I found my master switch was not functioning. After some troubleshooting, the troublesome component was located and diagnosed. We were on our way in about an hour and a half, pleased and certain the issue was temporarily fixed. If I had to have a mechanical issue, I was glad it was at BRD NorthPoint. My passenger found their terminal quite comfortable during the wait.

Good FBO with superb service. They also provide 25 cents off per gallon of fuel if you dine at Wings. The foods and service there was superb too!

Stopped for fuel at North Point Aviation. Lineman was quick to assist even though he was solo and very busy. There is a cafe attached to the FBO. Fine food selection and coffee. Purchase your food before your fuel and I think you receive a discount on your fuel. Tidy fine FBO.

Very clean FBO and gave fuel almost as soon as we asked for it. Food was good as well!

Stopped overnight. Fine service generally though they guaranteed to tie down the plane overnight and did not. Good eatery to grab lunch a pre departure meal or a brief stop.

Would certainly be back!

Getting my 10 hours duel for a new to me plane, taxiing toward the restaurant and the engine quit. We attempted hot start etc, eventually the battery died. Talked to north point and they tugged it back to their hangar and as we were finishing up our lunch, the technician came in and said he got it going again. I’m happy it happened at Brd as they were very friendly and had us back in the air within an hour or less. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them going further.
