Ryan at Bayird Air gave us really top notch, friendly service. He took us out to our plane in the golf cart, then came back out to help me with the self serve fuel (he even fueled it up for me, so it was basically full service!). Fuel prices are good too. I'll definitely be back!

quite cordial. rather swift. clean and ample room/facilities. arrived for a day of fishing. shall certainly return.

I'm in here a lot during the summer months, good experience every instance. The personnel is always fine and accommodating.

Terrible FBO experience. Called ahead for courtesy car, was told it was $100 per hour to meet us at the FBO to get us courtesy car keys at intended landing time of sunset. Unwilling to estimate how many hours it would likely be, and "you can't keep the courtesy car overnight to go to a hotel". Usually small FBOs offer fine service and reasonable fees. Not this one.

Two thumbs up! Was in town for 3 days last week and left my glasses in the pilot's lounge. The guys found them and mailed them back ASAP. Highly recommend!

Was here last year and was treated with exceptional service, I can say that coming back here a year later on 12/29/25 thru 1/3/26 the service was just as good. These guys are attentive and incredibly friendly. They even wiped down my plane without me asking, top-notch service!

Have nothing but good things to mention about this FBO and its personnel. Flew over for a group golf outing. They rented me a crew car for the day and even tied down my plane when an unexpected storm came thru. I will return.

The FBO manager and his team are amazing. They are professional, attentive and give a first class customer experience. They set me up with a plug-in for engine pre-heating overnight and even moved the plane into sunlight in the morning to melt the frost. 5 stars for these guys and I'll use them next time I'm in this area.

Multiple radio calls and phone calls but no reply. Apparently, they dont carry a radio or phone when away from the desk. Came bc of posted SS fuel prices, but they shut the pumps off and "didnt get around to posting it " when I landed in mid afternoon. Was told by who later turned out to be the new flight school owner they were honoring SS pricing, which when the trainee called me back after landing, I mentioned and he didnt negate, but nope. Moral, call ahead to see if working or...

Spent the weekend in BPK. FBO staff were good, simple rental car on-site, and no excessively high charges. The kind of place pilots want to fly in to!
