May 13, 2026Ran into an issue using the Avgas self-fuel system. After entering either the dollar or gallon amount, hitting the CONFIRM button on the left caused the transaction to be declined. Using the ENT key on the keypad instead of CONFIRM worked. I called the number when I was having trouble, and Toby hurried out to the airport to assist. I had already figured it out by the time he arrived, but I really appreciated the concern and effort. Beautiful FBO. It's about a 1/4 mile walk from the fuel pit.

September 29, 2025What an FBO! They have a comfortable pilot lounge, ice cream, fine big building with meeting rooms and an arrival lounge. They have three crew cars that are clean and good. Best of all, the staff were so kind. They gave good advice on local food and lodging and were just friendly and pleasant. I look forward to the next return in the 182. Thanks guys!

January 30, 2025Big Spring doesn't supply straight Jet A, it would be good to revise the details as guaranteed to be since month to prevent other planes to be stranded there...
