Fly in today on an Angel Flight, unannounced, I forgot to call. No issue marshaled us to parking, even brought out the golf cart to take passenger to door. Did the same after his appointment. All for a Cherokee. Good service.

Terrible. Requested overnight fuel, They forgot. Took 90 mins to find somebody to assist. No apology from the desk. Todd the fbo mgr did not try to speed anything up. The day before we tried to depart to beat fog in Canada and make customs but again delays and Todd's inability to run computer to take payment caused a 30 min departure delay, missed our weather window and had to return to KBOI. Witnessed a carpet under a jet at taxi out not removed. Dangerous. 0 outta 10

JJC does not have hangar space obtainable, despite it being listed here as an obtainable service. No fee for tie-downs.

Total disarray. Left hand and right hand have no idea what they are doing. One tells you one thing another tells something different. Horrible experience. Check my Google Review for more details. Avoid Jackson Jet Center. Go a little further to the Nampa airport. Just on the edge of the BOI Class C. Very friendly, accommodating, and actually want your business. Jackson Jet Center could care less.

A++++ Superb FBO with 1st class service and fair fuel costs! Stopped while traveling south toward Moab. Borrowed a crew car for midday meal and a tour of the old Idaho State prison which is now a museum, which is worth a visit for sure. Airport was very busy with flights. #cirruspilot

Good staff to deal with. Todd does a fine job with his new role. Front desk and line staff are always good to deal with. April does a fantastic job keeping the FBO clean and supplied. Good place to stop by.

Used the self serve before parking, mind that is hidden somewhere on the far side of the airport (attached to a hanger somewhere at K, has a fuel price sign above it). Moreover everything fine and not too hectic airport. Parked up front and they towed and applied tie downed the plane.
