Very fine FBO. Landed here for a Pilots n Paws mission in my BE33. No landing fees, welcoming personnel, and very good facility. Will make this a stop again for certain!

I strongly endorse Synergy maintenance at BMI. John Barnes and his crew are true specialists. They are very adaptable, fit me in when I needed assistance and perform superb work at the top quality standards. Furthermore they furnish unbiased suggestions based on data not individual feeling. They are so fine I fly an hour to take my Cirrus to their facility. They are in the premier one or two of all shops I have encountered in the US.

Handled our quick turn request well and had a fine crew car for us to borrow for a few minutes. A+ service.

Wonderful team, good service, amazing amenities. We flew in on New Year's Day, planning to just make a fuel stop and then head back out. Before we started back up, we encountered a maintenance issue that grounded the plane. Even though it was a holiday, the entire team was so helpful and was able to fix our issue with their mechanic who was called in. Thank you guys for the incredible service!!

Good service. Landed to refuel and left a pack of fruit snacks and a water richer. Fueling was quick and very reasonably priced. The ramp guys provided fine service and even took the time to lay down a carpet for me to disembark on. Might have just been the most pampered 172 pilot in the world---will certainly be back!

Website states after hours fueling is $100. When I phoned and inquired it changed to $300 after hours.

This was one of the finest FBO experiences i have ever had in my 37 years of flying. Good building, good amenities and good service. I usually make an advance reservation at all FBO's. Even though i send them my complete information, they almost never have my drop off paperwork and fuel order prepared. At this FBO that had me in their system and all the paperwork ready for me. They gave me a good crew car and recommended a good place for lunch. I highly recommend this location.

Excellent FBO! The personnel and their assistance make this one of the most welcoming and easiest spots you could visit. Upon rolling onto the ramp, I experienced a nose flat. The personnel instantly gave me the on-call mechanic's details, and before I realized it, my tire was all fixed and prepared to go. I cannot praise this FBO enough. Shall return shortly! Stopped at Synergy FBO KBMI on our way to the Bahamas, Fine line service, put my SR22 in their hangar for the night and arranged a local hotel and transportation to and from hotel. Will certainly be stopping here on our way back in February. Yishuang L.
