Cook Aviation (KBMG)

I won't be coming back to Cook Aviation. Weather pushed our arrival into KBMG, and when we landed shortly before 6 PM, nobody answered several Unicom calls asking where to park. Once inside, we asked for fuel but were told they had closed three minutes earlier and would bill us a call-out fee. Terrible customer service, particularly because employees were still there and could have fueled us before closing. They also did not honor the published CAA pricing.

Flew into KMBG last week used Cook again. They are our preferred FBO when in Bloomington. Super line staff and folks at the counter. We used a courtesy car for a meeting in Bloomington. Called ahead and they had one waiting for us. Bonus are the cookies at the counter with fresh coffee. Good stop. Will use again. Would recommend highly if stopping in Bloomington.

Stopped in for a meeting at IU. Good FBO. Good cookies and a welcoming staff.

Made a trip to Bloomington a few days ago. Cook Aviation was top notch. Had a crew car I could use and It was the finest crew car I think I've ever had. Everyone from Cook Aviation couldn't have been more professional or kinder. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Cook Aviation offers superb service. Very welcoming personnel, simple rental car pickup. Highly suggest this FBO.

Incredible service. Some of the finest folks we have ever encountered at an FBO. I highly suggest stopping here if it is anywhere near your route.

Stopped for food and fuel on the way back to Georgia from Airventure 2025 in Oshkosh. Fine airport with very welcoming personnel and lovely FBO. Cookies were tasty. Used the quite good crew car to ride into town for brunch. Absolutely will return if I'm in the vicinity.

Good service from Cook Aviation. Was able to hitch a ride from FBO staff to a destination in town. Cannot take the crew car for after hours use, but Uber/Lyft service is plentiful. Simple in/out and helpful personnel. Plan to come back again. Daniel O. Indy Aviators Member

Dropped in for supper in town. Good service. Zero fee or minimum fuel. Simple in/out with gate code for after hours. Adore it!
