Line team did nothing to assist parking. I inquired if I needed to tie my plane down and was told no, they would handle it. Just leave the brakes off. When I returned 2 days later, my plane was where I left it, not chocked or tied down and had been blown back about 3 feet. Luckily it did not strike the Cirrus that parked behind me. Then to add insult to injury, they charged me $15.09 a night for tie down instead of $10.00 as advertised on their ForeFlight advertisement. Plus their ad states one night free with fuel purchase.

I was planning a Mercy flight for pilots and paws and inquired whether they would still charge a facility fee for me to drop the dog and turn around and depart and they insisted I would still owe that facility fee. This is a poor policy. At every other airport I have ever visited they give special consideration for Mercy flights. I utilized the other ramp at the airport for this.

I landed here around midnight with experiencing oil pressure issues (Cessna 182) and Wendell and the team at maintenance immediately helped find and fix the issue the next morning. Top notch crew and Sarah at the maintenance desk was helpful in every way. Thank you guys!

Be VERY watchful at this FBO! They are almost humorously disorganized. Had to call twice to secure rental car reserved. Despite 3 day layover while I was at RTC, my SR22 wasn’t fueled when I returned, and the plane was in the service hanger for an O2 refill I’d requested when I arrived. It was 45 minutes beyond my filed departure time before the plane was back on the ramp. I would attribute all this to ongoing staffing shortages etc, but 3 days later I’m on the National website to make another rental order and see that the car I dropped off was showing as overdue. I wondered why I hadn’t seen a close out invoice. Nice enough people and convenient airport but you need to go overboard on communication and be super attentive, the competence levels here are questionable.

Flew in for a course with RTC. Had a rental car delivered through AOPA FBO rentals. I was going to arrive after they had closed for the day. I called ahead and informed the FBO about my late arrival and they were very accommodating. Left my rental on the ramp for me. Upon my departure, they quickly fueled my plane and was very helpful. Was hesitant because of the prior reviews, however, was impressed by the superb service.

Worst FBO in the vicinity. Line personnel can never be bothered to perform their duties, always have to park yourself and chock yourself. Nobody is aware of what is happening and unless you are arriving in a gulfstream good luck getting any sort of attention, much less a HELLO from any of the staff. It is a real pity truly. It originates from up top too, from senior management. Keep your funds and use self service instead.

Highly recommend American Aviation! Owner John is hands on everyday. Wendell and team rebuilt my plane and a did beautiful job! John B Avionics team did an excellent job on new panel. Sarah and Michelle run the maintenance office and keep all the pro mechanics stocked with parts. GM Jennifer is on top of the operation. Hard to find such a pro shop. Thank you all so much!! Amazing people here. I came to give my grandma a ride and forgot a headset for her. One of the front desk people loaned a personal one to me! They walked my grandma out to me and were more than kind. I'm returning here every chance I get. Never a bad experience!!! They genuinely care!!!

Fantastic service and hospitable people here. Had engine issue and the maintenance dept helped immediately. Ended up leaving plane there for 3 days, but they were in constant communication the next day. Sarah worked some magic to get me a last minute car rental. Definitely one of the friendliest and most helpful FBOs I have had the pleasure of visiting.

American Aviation maintains our Conquest I and we utilize their FBO for fuel and other services quite often. Always found their fuel costs sensible and services First Class.
