FBO safety culture is severely lacking. FBO doesn't embody just culture and is at significant hazard to operations. Attitude towards customers and fellow employees is toxic and contributes to a culture where employees would never feel safe to self report and grow towards continuous improvement.

Flew up to Bemidji short notice. The FBO was prompt and provided full service fuel. The people on the inside were super friendly and talkative. They informed me how I could get a crew car if I ever needed it. And then as I was departing, they gave me some local barbecue sauce, which was funny. Excellent service

Awesome FBO and the finest people. The crew here went above and beyond during my visit from the Northeast in my SR22. This included scheduling me in for some very specific maintenance. I was far from home, but these guys took care of me like I was a local friend on the field. Free local BBQ sauce with fuel too!
