Unfortunately you cannot rely on the FBO charges. I phoned ahead to inquire about landing fees, ramp fees, and fuel costs. I was quoted zero charge for a fast drop off of a passenger in a sr22. After arriving inside I was billed a ramp fee they would not remove. The charge was only $15 which they would waive with 8 gallons of fuel, but the bait and switch and poor communication between the manager who answered the phones and the rigid front desk left me quite upset about the entire affair.

Experienced a starter issue on my departure day. The whole staff at BGM Aviation was outstanding in assisting me. Nick, James and others managed towing the plane to Goodrich Aviation for evaluation. Doug Goodrich and Josiah immediately evaluated and performed a simple repair (loose wire). The desk staff at BGM coordinated our movement. I can state without reservation that the entire group at KBGM was superb.

FirstAir bought by and now managed by the city. Service is poor. Nobody to park planes. No crew car. Half the time there is nobody at the desk to let you onto the ramp (door is magnetically locked).
