Absolutely the finest location to stop in this region. Jeff and Doug are consistently cordial and their assistance is unmatched. We have journeyed between Dallas and Jacksonville, NC for the past 5 years and have always utilized this airport and FBO. It is a full service FBO at an uncontrolled field., truly the finest of both worlds. If you phone ahead, your turnaround time can be quite fast. They have reliably turned us around in under 20 minutes. We only require more time to stretch our legs and use the facilities.

Wasn't a scheduled stop but the bladder determined otherwise and I am definitely pleased it did. Restroom and stretching the legs was valued and overdue, some fine conversation with the amiable airport manager, topped off the fuel tanks by a very polite and professional young gentleman and we were on our path. Next time I am headed to the Guntersville area, this is going to be my airport of preference. Superb!

One of the finest encounters I've had. Fuel was a fair cost, as was the landing fee (there was zero). Doug was very courteous offered to assist in any way that he could, including letting us utilize the crew car. Doug was exceptional and will certainly be coming back to keep our good discussion on with him. -Jason H.

Albertville aviation has Jet A with Additive

Was passing thru late on a Saturday seeking dinner and caught Doug on the phone. He said “Come on in, we’ll get you fed!” He had a courtesy car ready for us when we landed and recommended some local places. My only regret is that we could not fuel up and return the favor. Did my PPL training out of 8A0. Good location and fine folks. Doug and Jeff do a wonderful job and are VERY kind and helpful. The new flight school is good and they are doing a fantastic job! Highly recommend checking out Albertville Aviation!
