Landed today on our flight to Santa Fe from Spicewood, Texas. It was precisely halfway, and I can state that the facilities were superb! Also, the runways looked like they had just recently been refurbished. Finer than many airports that I'm accustomed to flying in or out of! Highly suggest. FYI, the fuel pump credit card system worked perfectly and we had no issue paying for our fuel.

Fine mid-sized facility in the center of nowhere. Good FBO, tidy and well supplied. Ideal for a brief gas stop. The challenge is that the bank card reader on the self serve fuel dispenser is somewhat unpredictable. I needed to attempt four bank cards before I got it to function. The plane who had arrived before me needed to have the facility supervisor come to get it working. So take caution if you are planning a stop after hours….
