Fine FBO lobby. But.... low morale, bad communication to ramp personnel Called 1hr before arrival asked for quick stop with fuel truck (850g)standing by but no fuel truck was present! Went to lobby and asked for quick stop, even then no action on the ramp, flagged a line guy down and he stopped the avgas truck leaving and redirected him to the jetA for our aircraft. NOTE: we inquired about fees beforehand and indication was ramp fee waived. But surprise! Not the $975 park fee. ??

World Cup Fees The FBO’s charges are excessive and out of proportion with the service provided. The FBO's on the field chose to impose Pro Forma Fees without publishing any NOTAM. Use caution. Sigrid Lieva, the manager, told me this is considered a normal fee and that informing operators using the airport is not the airport’s responsibility. More transparency and fairer pricing would do more to support general aviation and bring back repeat business. Just a heads up until FIFA is over.

Went to Jet because of CAA pricing. My error. 2 hours on the ramp, $500 handling charge, $200 parking charge, because I did not hit 100G mins (very high for single engine turboprop), nothing waived. They will not be getting my CAA vote this year. I'm finished with Jet. I do not usually do reviews but could not pass it up this occasion.

Crazy overnight parking costs. $210.00 a night for a TBM. Never returning.

Over $500 service charge to collect one passenger and park for 10 minutes for a single engine turboprop. That is as high a charge as landing at KBOS which is much more convenient. Wont be back with service fees at this level.

$100 charge for single piston to land and stay for 3 hours -- after getting fuel top off. Will not return.
