Went to Jet because of CAA pricing. My error. 2 hours on the ramp, $500 handling charge, $200 parking charge, because I did not hit 100G mins (very high for single engine turboprop), nothing waived. They will not be getting my CAA vote this year. I'm finished with Jet. I do not usually do reviews but could not pass it up this occasion.

Crazy overnight parking costs. $210.00 a night for a TBM. Never returning.

Over $500 service charge to collect one passenger and park for 10 minutes for a single engine turboprop. That is as high a charge as landing at KBOS which is much more convenient. Wont be back with service fees at this level.

$100 charge for single piston to land and stay for 3 hours -- after getting fuel top off. Will not return.

Terrible service. Requested four days ahead to have plane ready at noon. Been here 2 hours and still no airplane ready. God forbid we should also need fuel. We could be here until Christmas. Skip this clown show.

They lined up my rental with "Go" and had it ready when we arrived. They made it very simple. From shut down to being in our rental car was probably 8 minutes. I typically overlook charges for quick service. I would return for sure. M600.

I fly a TM. It is not a big plane. FBO charges above $200 a night to park it.

Fine FBO lobby. But.... low morale, bad communication to ramp personnel Called 1hr before arrival asked for quick stop with fuel truck (850g)standing by but no fuel truck was present! Went to lobby and asked for quick stop, even then no action on the ramp, flagged a line guy down and he stopped the avgas truck leaving and redirected him to the jetA for our aircraft. NOTE: we inquired about fees beforehand and indication was ramp fee waived. But surprise! Not the $975 park fee. ??

Good FBO, especially the morning crew. Always well taken care of when flying in and out of here.

Terrible service this stop. Late to pull plane up for departure. Didn't service lav when we arrived as requested. Never got ice for departure. Hope this isn't normal for this FBO!
