The management is paying attention and I give them credit for fixing problems with the line crew that we had in prior times. Yesterday at the last minute I diverted to KBDN. I did not have high expectations but everything was flawless. Things were run like you would expect from a first class FBO. Keep up the good work and I am looking forward to returning to Bend.

Landed in Bend and had some difficulty locating the transient spots, Skyservice fuel truck assisted on radio. Then Skyservice staff helped us get their crew car to move our gear out of the plane and permitted us to use it overnight. Absolutely finest service I've received in quite some time being the little single engine Musketeer.

We recently had an in-flight engine issue and needed to divert to BDN and the folks at Skyservice were truly superb. Assisted us in every manner feasible and their maintenance specialists resolved our problems and got us moving in a short time. I will go out of my way to stop at BDN and skyservice in the future. Thank you all!

Awesome FBO. Came in for the weekend, Shyla at the desk was awesome, NC for overnight with fuel purchase. Car available but since staying in town just did the $20 Lyft to our hotel. Also fine restaurant but didn’t try it out b/c of time.

On two times now I've had zero response from Sky Service when trying to reach them on Unicom for fuel assistance. It's frustrating to need to walk to the FBO to get services that could be a simple radio exchange. I'm not certain why but the amenities are available for self service fuel but that capability is not working.

Skyservice is still marked leading edge.

No chocks. No ropes. Bring your own. In winter they remove the ropes to keep the snowplows from scraping them off. Just a gentle suggestion to the management. Maybe keep them in the FBO and people can come and get them from you when they need them.

This is a superb FBO. The desk staff are very accommodating.
