I have been flying here for about a decade and I've got to say that it's high time that I wrote and boasted on these guys. Absolutely professional, friendly and courteous group of people. I have known Sean, David and Eric the longest and every time I land, I feel like I'm seeing old friends. Lisa and the ladies behind the desk are equally wonderful. Highly recommend this as an alternative to landing in San Antonio.

Not pleased with services. Line workers are good. No transient hangars available for planes. Aircraft sat outside with hail storms in the area. Office staff didn't appear interested in assisting or providing details at all. Said I can get on their 8 yr wait list. This is an indication of ineptness or absence of concern for outside traffic coming in and paying high fuel prices. Go to SAT for better service or small town for cheaper fuel.

Good stop for a weekend getaway in Sequin at Geronimo Creek Retreat. Dave at the FBO, the controllers, and the facility were fine.

Diverted here for weather a week ago. This is a good FBO! Very nice. Line crew is super helpful, professional, and cordial. Don’t normally land here since I base out of 5C1, but I would certainly return. Tower staff was super also. Thank you New Braunfels!

First occasion here and staff were very welcoming and useful. Fine terminal structure too. Fuel was somewhat elevated compared to comparable airports but the folks made it worthwhile the stop.

Called ahead to confirm they would have a courtesy car. They did and allowed us to keep it a little longer since they still had one available when we hit the limit. This permitted us to finish our business so we did not have to make another journey to San Antonio. Superb people and service!

Not happy, stopped here New Years weekend. Had made arrangements for rental a month ahead. Called the day prior to confirm. Got there, no rental car. It took 2 hours to obtain the car. Then requested 40 gals of gas, showed up to depart, the plane had not been filled. Staff was not friendly.

Good stop, linemen were quick and cordial.
