Superb customer service, one of the finest and most spotless pilot lounges and facilities in the nation! Fuel costs are quite fair too! They phoned me when they noticed I was delayed and informed me how to reach the lounge and courtesy car after closing hours. Shall certainly come back.

On a quick visit enjoyed the good facility and superb support from Cameron at Jet Access. Borrowed the nearly-new crew car for a few hours and when I got back, my Mooney was chilled enough that I ran down the battery trying to start it. Cameron worked diligently to help me but we finally gave up and he put the plane in a heated hangar on a battery charger for the night and loaned me the car again to get a hotel. For all of this, I paid the whopping sum of $35. These folks are fantastic and if I’m going anywhere in the Indianapolis area or need a fuel stop, this is my first choice.

Met 4 other planes there for lunch. Restaurant in fbo building called Blackerby's Hanger 5. Open hours are 6am-2pm. Good breakfast-lunch menus with large portions at fair prices. Class D airspace with control tower Freq: 118.6 . Fair 100ll fuel cost. I have visited here many times for breakfast-lunch meetings. Clean modern facilities and restrooms. ryanconnerpappas

Be advised they charge a 3% service fee if you pay for fuel with a credit card.

Flew in for breakfast in my Cessna 150 and was treated like showed up in a Gulfstream! Even got a carpet to step upon! Good, welcoming service. Thanks!
