Lovely facility, everybody was very fine. Only a swift stop over but the lounge was fine while I waited for my passengers, fine computer facilities and accommodating personnel. Definitely suggest KBAF and Atlantic.

Flew in for lunch in a C172, checked in with the Atlantic desk, no fee.

Service was sub-par. Seemed like an annoyance to ask for assistance. Didn’t check GPU prior to hook up and had run outta fuel and begin draining my batteries near exhaustion and was not able to have aircraft pax ready even though was only aircraft.

Good experience using Atlantic, they made courtesy car available and personnel and facilities were superb

Use the terminal building door and avoid the FBO at all costs. Called to ask them about coming in after hours and they wouldn't even answer whether you could still just use the terminal as I knew you could in the past (and airport manager confirmed you can), just kept saying it's company policy to have at least two line guys there if you're coming in after hours at a cost of several hundred dollars. What a joke.

Now Atlantic Aviation has taken over, what used to be free is now $50 for handling and security for a Pier Cherokee. The Restaurant staff already mentioned that their business is slowing down since Atlantic took over. Absurd pricing.

Fine stop in February of 2022. Front desk personnel is kind and helpful. Would return again!
