I can call up during regular business hours and reach someone if I require something. Their staff were immediately there to assist me. The planes are in good condition constantly so that I feel secure to fly in them and if they are not, somebody will inform me. They are maintained tidy, current. I’ve never had a major problem with any of their planes. Overall fine service!

We found ourselves stranded here in -20° temperatures after experiencing a hung start in our BE20. The crew at Alexandria Aviation was more than helpful and generous in offering a heated hangar as we diagnosed the issue, as well as transportation to and from our hotel.
