Tucson Aeroservice Center at Marana Regional Pilot ReviewsOverall Rating:

October 12, 2025The self serve 100LL is at the far south end just east of the approach end of Rwy 3, pump worked fine for me. There are 3 parking spots just a few feet away in front of a gate that leads to the very neat restaurant. Nothing fancy, but food was good and the personnel super friendly. HUGE amount of parachute activity AT the field itself. As I was landing on Rwy 12 about a dozen parachutists were floating down right next to the runway. DO NOT OVERFLY THE RUNWAYS TO ENTER THE PATTERN! Eyes wide open!

April 1, 2024Good location and staff. We had zero problems with the FBO. Fine personnel. Thanks.

November 25, 2023One of the unfriendliest airports/FBO's I have ever visited. Arrived there 5 minutes after closing time and the fellow behind the desk refused to open the door. I have stopped here before and had an alike experience. I will bypass this location the next time.

July 26, 2023I hangered a plane here for about six years. The line staff has a huge turnover. Planes get damaged while towing. The GM is a friend of the FBO owners and is a poor manager. Wouldn’t last a month at a two star hotel. If you show up in a piston single, there is no one to Marshall you. No signs to the fuel pumps. If you call on UNICOM, chances are the desk person can’t tell you how to get to the pumps.

May 28, 2022Be cautious arriving here after 5:30. They require two days advance notice for a rental or crew car and you will wait outside for thirty minutes for an Uber fighting mosquitos, even if the personnel is still inside waiting on a jet.

February 18, 2025Lots of GA traffic, trainers, jumpers. Do not anticipate much from the FBO. Do not even consider a GPU costly...

October 17, 2024Self-serve fuel is in an unmarked spot but the two pumps are working as far as I can tell. Credit card machine is a bit dubious and perplexing but I got my card to operate after a couple attempts. I'm surprised the setup is not better maintained but costs are elevated compared to neighboring airports, so perhaps interest is small. I only filled up because I was approaching minimum reserve and was short on time.

February 5, 2024About as unfriendly and unhelpful as i have ever seen. No one comes out to direct you in or show you where to park. After i cut the engine directly in front of the office, still nothing. We unloaded and i went inside, where the lady directed me toward a remote area of the field to park it and tie it down. I really don't think i've ever experienced worse service at an FBO.

March 14, 2023Review: 2 out of 5 stars Well… not a good experience today. We pulled up and the lineman stood near the fbo for a minute just observing us. Maybe his initial time seeing an airplane. He then walked, not hurried, or even a slight quick pace to get his ear protection and a set of chocks. He walked out to where we had been waiting which totaled 3-4 minutes to then direct us confusingly about 5 feet from where we were to park the plane. After we shut down and got out he looked at us like we were Aliens. I told him we would be overnight and if there was an issue. He respond by saying we should have park over at some other part of the ramp ‘cause thats where the overnights go’. Huh? I asked him how one would know that especially a transient airplane. He said you can make a phone call. Wow! Really?! I thought I was in the twilight zone. I then went in and complained to the inside staff and they didnt seem too surprised nor concerned about it. Felt like the DMV of FBOs to me
