Not overly impressed. Have made quite a few stops here recently and always called in that it's a quick turn or gas and go yet somehow we get parked on the far end of the tie downs. We had an 85 year old with us and it was 90+ degrees outside. No reason for that when the main ramp was empty. Even walked by a staff member with a golf cart but no offer of a ride. Still charged the $40 fee though. I suppose they know you are stuck using them. The CSR's inside are always friendly though.

Good FBO under newer administration. Years ago AUO was hit or miss. However with an administration change in the past year things are superb. Welcoming personnel and well trained line crew make arriving here a joy

Good Operation. I was running late and they made check in and rental car run fast & smooth. However, they have no hanger space available.

Hello, I am the Operations Manager at AUO. For those flying in on a football gameday weekend (Friday-Sunday), please observe that we have special parking procedures and certain limitations in effect. This is because of staffing limitations and restricted aircraft parking area. These methods have been utilized for the past 15 years and we make small modifications when we can. Our personnel will do their utmost to assist all of our patrons and we anticipate your visit!

I've flown in here several times for leisure in a C172 within the past 9 months and I've had fine experiences. They always fueled me right away, and I was even able to take a courtesy car to get lunch. WDE!
