Good FBO. Very welcoming staff. Ample parking. Fair fuel costs for the region. Took the crew car for a meal. Quite pleasant nearby towns for lunch, dinner or just touring. Shall certainly return for a weekend stopover.

Nice small airport and personnel were very welcoming. Took courtesy car (1 hour) in for breakfast. Fuel costs were acceptable and the amenities were good. Certainly will return.

My comment is below from 7 years ago. I haven’t been back to this airport since that incident. Went back today. Complete 180 from my last experience. Staff was incredibly fine.. SUPER fine. Facility is good and has had some big improvements as well. I’ll not only be back, I may put a car down there and become a regular.

Training flight in Cirrus SR20 to KARW. Airfield and runway not simple to spot from above. Single runway. Lots of parking and welcoming, cordial personnel. Courtesy car accessible. Fine town for midday meal but a pizza establishment that also offers Asian cuisine is within walking distance of the airfield. Very suggested. Certainly a fine brief gas or midday meal stop.

This is likely one of the finest airports I have ever paused at. Ubers are available but when we had difficulty securing one the airport personnel drove us into town. Beaufort is a wonderful spot for a weekend trip and this airport made the experience even superior. Will certainly return.

A very fine airport. The FBO personnel could not have been kinder. They had tie down ropes available. Everything was top of the line.

Visited with the family to break up a long cross country journey, and was happy to find a newly renovated FBO building, welcoming and helpful personnel, and cheap fuel delivered promptly on properly kept apparatus. Fast food was quick to arrive, and we savored a picnic on the porch observing the air traffic. Regrettably we needed to proceed with our trip before Santa showed up to headline the holiday gathering coming together in the reception area. Strongly suggest!

Had a superb experience. Chose Beaufort for its low gas costs. Wonderful service. Cordial, casual and laid-back FBO with free hotdogs and hamburgers grilled fresh. Spotless washrooms. Ample space for our Skylane.
