Skyservice Napa FBO (KAPC)

Stay away from this place! They try to marshal inbound Atlantic traffic onto their ramp. They even leave voicemails and send emails to aircraft headed for Atlantic. Deceptive and shady.

Nice, newer FBO. The people were really friendly, and the line service was good. The major problem was that the building is a cellular dead zone, and their WiFi firewall blocks every WiFi calling service. I had to go outside just to make business calls, and ended up relocating so I could get my work done.

Rude unless you're Restoration Hardware with their 100M $ jet. FYI. This FBO is owned by non US company. We fly to KAPC about once a month. Parked in transient because no line people were outside on FBO ramp. Walked over to sky service FBO to ask to get topped off with fuel, and lineman came running out and told us we could not come in the building. We fly monthly to KAPC, for about 5 years now. Past we've used Atlantic FBO for fuel and rent a cars. We shall continue to do so.

Really excellent service, and a lot more GA friendly than the other operators on the field. I have them handle fuel service at my hangar, and every person I've dealt with has been great so far! Pricing is very reasonable imo for full service. They even went the extra mile by using wing mats to protect the wings while fueling.

Crew was great, staff were friendly. Pilot lounge is pretty nice. Yea the gas is $$, but they toss in a free bottle of decent wine and there’s no fee if you take at least 20 gallons.

Fantastic facility, new and modern. They did not spare any expense. The price gouging continues though with them. I want to like this FBO and it is comfortable to be in, but they want to charge for everything and the fuel costs are horrendous.

I have been flying to Napa for many years and this FBO is a fine addition to the field. We flew in a 182, called ahead with an arrival reservation, and the follow me cart was waiting for us on the taxi way. They parked us right up front with the big guys and left us there while we went into town for lunch. The team was fantastic and very professional. The building is beautiful. Highly recommend this FBO.
