Excellent FBO, the service is top notch. Fresh cookies, a full soda machine, plus plenty of snacks are available. They offer professional handling for all kinds of aircraft.

Really great experience there. Mary, Lori, and everyone on the ramp made today’s animal rescue operation go smoothly and comfortably. The fuel was cheaper than back home too, which was a nice bonus.

Above average service. Arrived Turkey Day Eve. Personnel was very helpful before trip with car and hangar request. Lucy got us parked on the line. Super nice & professional! Ryan had the car right after we parked and assisted with the bags. Lady at the desk was super kind, got us checked in and had treats for the pup. M.A. ALB treats you right and should be the standard others strive for. They will be our stop when we come back for the Races. Thank you for being so good!

I have been here this season more times than I can count. I cannot express enough positive comments about the service here. Affordable fuel, cookies, snacks, and drinks. I've always been treated like royalty arriving in a single engine piston. The personnel here are amazingly professional and kind. They treat you like family. As a survey pilot who has been all over and generally doesn't favor chain FBO's, this is in my top 2 preferred FBO's.

Good FBO, very fine folks and service

Excellent, roomy, up-to-date FBO with a great runway view, plus coffee, cookies & chips. The staff are super friendly, and they even have dog treats for your 4 legged passengers. Fuel prices are also very reasonable for an urban class C airport. I paid 21.99 in service fees for my light twin (C303), while the landing fee was waived. Top notch crew cars are easy to get.

Million Air is still one of our favorite FBO's...came in for a few days and the great crew handled everything; our car rental was right on, service was super friendly, and the amenities were awesome (those cookies!). Even our puppy got the VIP treatment from Mary and the team...Rocky is already looking forward to his next visit!

I wasn't anticipating much from a big Class C FBO beyond a bunch of fees, but I am glad to report I was mistaken. This is without question the finest Million Air I've ever visited, and somehow on top of that they have one of the finest fuel costs nearby. They even tucked my grubby little piston single into the hangar overnight for no additional charge because of high winds. Superb service, fair costs, and fine cookies on top of that. Makes me want to plan another trip to NY so I can stop here again.

Made me feel like a king in a Cessna 172. Only stayed for an hour, but everyone treated me with much respect and were very helpful. Courtesy cars available for up to 2 hours. 100LL quite inexpensive for a relatively busy class C. Will certainly be back if I'm in the vicinity. - Jason W.

Very good facility. Beautiful FBO. Courtesy car price are fine flew in with my mooney and will be returning for sure!
