December 16, 2025Today, 01/18/2026, I passed thru Alexandria, Louisiana from Oklahoma. I stopped at Million Air and I must state the service provided by Brooklyn, Gage, Ronnie and Tay was outstanding. They were some of the most welcoming folks and they provided superb customer assistance. This was my initial visit in Alexandria and they recommended Le Bistreaux for breakfast and I must say that place had some of the finest breakfast/brunch choices. Thank you to the personnel for everything and i will certainly visit again!

July 5, 2025It is 11.30 PM. I have called the main number a dozen times and get a recording. No one is answering the phone. I want to know if the self-service pump is functioning. Is anyone working there now? Do they have a night crew? Who is there refusing to answer the phone? I thought Millionaire was a nationwide company. Is this an employee problem or a lack of service that is nationwide?

April 30, 2024I always look for a million Air location when one is available, and not surprisingly, this one was a good experience too. Melody at the desk at this FBO was just fine to us when we rolled in late on a Monday, tired and hungry. She even provided some leftover meals and helped us secure a good and inexpensive local hotel.

April 26, 2024Good service and helpful personnel. Self Serve fuel costs are superb. Overnight hangar fees are the most costly of any spot I visit - $93 for all single engine planes.

April 15, 2024Good FBO! planning room, cinema room, soda, frozen dessert, popcorn, you name it they offer it. Nice welcoming crew for everyone not only the big jets. Will return!

November 30, 2025The self serve pump is to the left/North of 3 big hangars at the far end of the South Ramp. It's like a half mile past the Million Air FBO on the same side. The ramp is ginormous had a ton of big iron parked. Apparently it's a very good thought to call Million Air before you arrive to ask if the SS is working as it frequently isn't. There is a sign saying they will charge a facility fee if you go into the building and use the washrooms. Very long taxi in and out probably would not go again.

February 28, 2025Be sure to call to find out if self-service fuel station is operational before expecting to utilize self-service fuel. It is inoperative often.

May 7, 2024Met a lineman with a bad attitude with zero customer service skills. Wouldn't unlock door for us on a med flight cause that's "not his job" 'cause he didn't clock in for 10 more minutes. Said call number they'll let u in.... 10 times calling no answer... then someone forgot to move the sign for number to call so you would have to walk in the bushes to see the number to call then tried it and still no answer... of course they are all managers .... lol .... be glad to never go back.

April 25, 2024Flight of 2 gyros were treated as if we were VIPs. Brooklyn went over and beyond in looking after us. The 'Ramp Rats' were fun to work with and were very careful in refuelling us. Well done all.

April 7, 2024Typical Millionaire, good facilities, soda fountain and cafe. Self- serve is away from FBO bldg (same as Lake Charles) at the East end of the ramp in front of Millionaire.
