Office staff and line crew were super helpful. Really a solid FBO.

I fly out of Texas Aero often and am always impressed by both the CSR's and Line Crew working there. Indeed both attentive and friendly when I use the facilities here. Shout out Patrick and the front desk crew! Keep it up!

Pretty rude front desk staff. Line guys are good though. If you're going to be $2 more costly than the airport next door I'd at least speak to people coming thru rather than grumpily slamming receipts with no have a "safe flight" or "fine day".

I called about 3 hours before I flew in. Anna answered the phone said they are open till 10pm 365 was happy to be greeted by her upon check in. Got topped off (full service only) and got the crew car to have dinner. Fantastic experience and I will be back. Customer service was a solid 10/10. She even gave me as good recommendation for a place to go to dinner. Thanks Anna!

Took good care of me and my SR22. The ramp personal and desk personnel were superb. Can't wait to return.

We had to divert after hours to KACT. Tower made a phone call to security to let us off the airport. A Texas Aero employee was still around and assisted us out of the security fence. Also inquired if we needed a ride or any help but we had already called an UBER. Thanks for letting us drop in unexpectedly!

If you have an option, and desire superior service. I would fly 3 additional minutes to Mcgregor (KPWG). Their personnel is much more seasoned, and understands the situation. Last time I arrived at Waco for a Flight lesson and requested fuel, they declined to fuel the plane, while fueling many planes that arrived following me . My instructor and I had to end my lesson 30 minutes early because of not getting fuel!

Front desk personnel in the FBO is quite rude. Line personnel are pleasant and helpful. Worked out of here for 3 days and will certainly be checking out the TSTC airport next time I am in town.

Treated us fine today! We were an air crew stuck for maintenance delay and they helped us out by giving us the crew car for lunch. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thank you!
