Really clean FBO with friendly service and a few complimentary snacks. 5 stars!

Really solid FBO, with excellent service from the front desk all the way out to the line crew. Everybody was willing to help with whatever we needed for the flight, including the hanger options.

Office staff and line crew were super helpful. Really a solid FBO.

I fly out of Texas Aero often and am always impressed by both the CSR's and Line Crew working there. Indeed both attentive and friendly when I use the facilities here. Shout out Patrick and the front desk crew! Keep it up!

If you have an option, and desire superior service. I would fly 3 additional minutes to Mcgregor (KPWG). Their personnel is much more seasoned, and understands the situation. Last time I arrived at Waco for a Flight lesson and requested fuel, they declined to fuel the plane, while fueling many planes that arrived following me . My instructor and I had to end my lesson 30 minutes early because of not getting fuel!

Spectacular FBO, 5 stars!!! I spend a lot of time in FBOs because of contract pilot work, and Freeman ACT is easily the best I've experienced in my memorable history. As soon as I arrived, the line staff were helping my passengers and bringing the fuel truck over. That alone really impressed me. The pilot lounge is absolutely fantastic; and then, to top it all off, the GM personally drove me into town and waited while I picked up takeout since the crew cars were in use. Accommodating, kind, professional, and timely service from start to finish!

The ramp crew and front office staff were fantastic! They looked after our SR22T really well during our short stay. We’ll definitely return!

We had to divert after hours to KACT. Tower made a phone call to security to let us off the airport. A Texas Aero employee was still around and assisted us out of the security fence. Also inquired if we needed a ride or any help but we had already called an UBER. Thanks for letting us drop in unexpectedly!
