August 26, 2025Terrible fueling service! Took 45 minutes to get fuel on a non-busy day! Then took 20 minutes to get fuel truck meter reading front desk! And all for $8 jet fuel! Departed 40 minutes late!

October 15, 2021Flew in around midday on Sunday in a Saratoga and stayed for the day. Agree with the other comments that tiedown for piston aircrafts is quite far but service was good: they had golf carts guide us to the parking spot and shuttle us to the FBO building. When we were departing, they also shuttled us back to the tiedown. We had difficulty starting the engine and battery ran low, so they assisted providing external power to start the plane, major help!

October 14, 2025Good staff and fine customer service. They do get slammed in the summer and around holidays but I typically have a good experience. Fueling can take time at peak demand, but that is to be expected. Surprisingly reasonable rates and landing fees. SF-50

June 17, 2024Can get quite busy during spring and summer. Many jets. Weather can shift fast so watch out for low ceilings on an otherwise VFR day on the mainlands. Stop and Call the ramp before picking a spot to park. They will guide you. Diner at the airport is good. Taxis are abundant and simple to secure.

June 19, 2023Have been coming here for 20 years. Amazing service, welcoming people and quite fair costs for an airport on an Island. They are the sole FBO on the field and they do not overcharge like many single fbo’s do. Good food in airport cafe too. The service is amazing regardless of size of your plane.

July 9, 2021If you don’t fly into the airport with a jet the assistance is non existent. They cater to the super elite only, not the normally aspirated engine pilots like myself. Had to walk 1/4 mile with bags after waiting for 35 minutes for a shuttle that was “on the way”. No other choices at KACK so this is purely an FYI.
