The line crew is really solid and friendly, but the inside is pretty bare bones. Not much going on at the FBO. Lots of turbine traffic.

Charged $20 facility fee for a C172, even got 12 gallons of fuel and still was charged. Was doing a quick turnaround for Pilots N Paws

Fine spot to stay for the evening. Fine amenities. Good ground crew. On my trip to Oshkosh on my first major xcountry flight. I did discover that in future, if I want a rental car for a day or so on a stopover, I must reserve a car ahead of time. Luckily, my motel was only a 15-20 minute walk

Excellent facilities, used the courtesy car to travel to the Textron Aviation gift shop. Returned it and let the plane stay overnight. Next morning even offered to tow the plane from overnight parking!

Good FBO, delivered and picked up our party at the hotel. Had the plane parked outside the FBO in the morning after tying it down the prior evening. Fine fuel cost too. I shall return. Thanks

They charged me $20 to pick up a patient for an Angel Flight. Really? You're charging volunteer pilots and plane owners who are conducting charity flights?

Stopped here as a drop off point for an Angel Flight. Disappointed that the FBO charged $30 ramp fee for a charity flight. I have flown several Angel Flight's and this is the first occasion I've had to pay a ramp fee. I suppose charity work isn't always valued. :(

Good location to stop with fine personnel! Parked at the incorrect FBO and they drove crew car to us and moved the Archer for us. Very fine! They have a few crew cars. Treat GA just like we were a charter.

I had wanted to upgrade my G36 to Garmin NXI for some time now. I never wished to leave the plane off and wait around for the unknown, so I never took the leap. I met with Alex at Clemens a couple of weeks ago, he assured me that his team was the finest around, and they would not only look after me, but also meet my deadline. All I can say is WOW. These folks delivered, on schedule, and under budget. Truly a class act, Thank you Alex Clemens. Oh, and I LOVE the NXI.
