Eloy Municipal (E60)

Flew in June 2 with friends for breakfast, only to find a sign on the locked cafe door saying that, starting June 1, the cafe is closed every Tuesday and Wednesday. As of June 5, their website still showed it open every weekday, and so did the recording when you phone them. This has happened to us several times now: they change the hours arbitrarily and don't communicate it properly..I wouldn't trust the website or phone message unless you speak with a live human there first to confirm whether they're actually open.

Flew in on March 28th for fuel and lunch. The gas pump is working and the price is good. However, both the fuel hose and grounding wire have become so short that I had to tow my 182 extremely close, with the spinner just a couple inches from the vertical safety posts. The display for gallons dispensed functions fine, but it remains hard to read. Still, it was worth it compared with the higher prices at other nearby airports. Pinch at Bent Prop Saloon was outstanding, with excellent service.

Flew in again good airport like always, rusty tie down chains and same below avarage refrigerated bagels.. regardless good time and cool showpieces
