Georgetown (E36)

Really beautiful, well maintained airport. We stayed overnight camping. Big thanks to Audrey for showing us around and being so accommodating. Used the blue transient parking and paid $11 by QR code. Fuel is currently unavailable. There is also regularly cut grass west of the runway where you can park, with room for 30+ aircraft pretty easily. Tall trees are south of the field, and personally I would not depart rwy 17 in a naturally aspirated airplane when it is above 80F.

Stayed/camped two nights, really nice campground, clean and well kept. Fuel pump was unavailable, though KAUN is close by. Audrey and the staff were super helpful, going over the layout and offering useful tips about Georgetown airport.

Overnighted here at the superb campground adjacent to west side of midfield. Potable water, restrooms, tables and fire rings. Small taxiway/ramp adjacent although close to runway edge. 45 min walk into interesting town, selections of eateries.
