Poor service. Quite slow to complete everything. Needed to fill in a lengthy document detailing all of our needs upon arrival and then upon returning to depart found the fueling had not been completed which was noted on the extensive form! So then needed to wait for the fuel truck etc which was also very slow

Good service! Flew in from US today and personnel were prompt and useful with getting me in and out to accommodate my arrival back home with customs. Nina was the best. Would highly recommend!!

I've been to the porter FBO three times now. Once during a night cross country, and twice during my CPL 300 NM cross country. Wonderful service and staff. The complimentary snacks and coffee are a fine touch. Lounge and washroom are spotless. I wish I had caught her name but on each separate visit is saw the same employee who was so pleasant to my friends and I. During my 300 before departing back to YOW she even walked me behind the FBO to show me the view of the CN tower as the sun was setting!

I flew into CYTZ for a work trip to Toronto and used the Porter FBO to park and fuel. The office and ground staff were extremely courteous, friendly and professional. Amazing experience!

Good experience. Stopped overnight for 1 night, extended to 2 due WX. Quick service, fuel order delivered accurately and on time, fine facility. SR22-T. Would suggest.

We tried both FBOs on the field but Porter service and space is much better. C$75 a night and they bring us right to the plane from the terminal. Cirrus

Very accommodating to a small plane like Piper Dakota. We cleared immigration on their ramp and they took care of the plane while we visited Toronto for the weekend. I changed my mind about how much fuel I would need and they were very responsive via email. Proximity to downtown via the tunnel cannot be surpassed!

Simple entry to downtown, welcoming and useful personnel, costly yet worthwhile! They will take you in a golf cart to/from the ferry terminal, fine features inside. I had a battery problem late Sunday night and the line staff assisted me jump it with their line truck and wires, cannot express enough about how useful they were!

July 26, 2023 A brief trip from Waterloo Airport to Billy Bishop Airport to spend one night in the city before commencing our route back to the US. We utilized Porter FBO which offered us a good service for our overnight stop. Absolutely would suggest this FBO when you visit CYTZ.
