Fine people, but restricted amenities. There are a few tie-down spots accessible, but zero ropes! They were kind enough to permit me to use their van to travel to a hardware shop to purchase ropes. No AC in the van. Also no AC in their small lounge. It’s like they’re essentially just a fueling operation, and should not be expected to manage travelers. You might be better off bringing your travelers to the terminal, and just utilizing Allied to fuel your plane. Needed to inflate my tire, but they possessed no compressor. Luckily, I managed to borrow one from St. Catherine’s flying club next door.

Received good service from Drew (manager) and Connor. Allied is a small fuelling service but they will make use of all the services they can get for you. There is no formal courtesy or crew car for the moment but that might come soon. Uber service is fine at the Terminal for Niagara or St. Catherines. The FBO is 40 feet away from the small cozy terminal.

You have to add 0,1959$ per liter for Ontario Fuel Charge and 13% GST/HST. Superb assistance! I shall return!
