Sleepy little airport, nothing but one hangar and some facility details. Thanks to a previous biplane flying visitor the stamp is back at the facility. Worth the stop, turf is fine. As of 11/16/25 someone did a donut on their 4 wheeler about 75 yards from the approach end of 28, but is not very deep.

7-11-24 Fine grass strip! I landed and walked to city hall, retrieved the FlyMN passport stamp, and placed it in the flip-up base of the bulletin board. City clerk admitted to having several stamps at city hall, in case this one vanishes. Locals were unwilling to pick up a hitchhiker; I am very sweaty.

I am doing the round 2 for Fly MN Passport program right now. I found out that the stamp was located at City Hall which was 2 miles north of the airport after I spoke with the lady from the city hall by phone. It sound like it got stolen before that is why they keep it at the city hall. If you need to get one on your passport, it may be difficult to get it on weekends since office is closed on weekends and holidays and there is no courtesy car available from the airport. Have a portable bike in your plane and bike out there to get the stamp…that is an option maybe?! If you are unable to reach there, take your selfie photo by airport sign at the airport entrance.
