Small FBO with lounge area & tidy restrooms - key code access (CTAF), 100LL fuel available at fair price (low-medium). Good road access up to ramp area and a few tie downs available. Runway area seemed to be well kept and whilst surrounded by trees it was simple to get in and out without trouble.
