No Segmented Circle. RNY 15 seems to be the preferred no wind runway. Self serve Fuel Island situated NE end of runway near approach end of RNY 15. Public use out house chemical toilet situated next to shack near Fuel Island. A private airport and the residents are quite welcoming with Transients.
