Air Mesquite (67L)

Runway is in good shape. Taxiways are average at best, maybe below that. Fuel pump worked fine. No receipt paper, though. Crew car is available on weekdays. Otherwise, a local driver charges fifty dolars to take you into town and bring you back.

I had an alternator issue and decided to divert here. Airport manager was super friendly, came over when he heard our comms and lent a hand, went above and beyond. When I realized I'd have to spend the night, he drove me to my hotel and worked hard to find Mx support. Thank you Richard!

I stop at 67L for gas and breaks multiple times per year. Almost every time I'm there, manager Rick comes out and helps fuel or move our plane around; one of the finest and most accommodating guys we have run into in flying. Thanks for that.

Jet A is full service only. The airport manager is extremely accommodating, and also makes himself available for after hours service.

Always a good stop. The Airport manager is so helpful, friendly locals, the lounge is comfortable and there are many options for spending the night if you need to, some within a long walking distance. I stop here even if its a little bit out of the way.
