Scottsboro Municipal Airport (4A6)

Great airport, cozy FBO, nice people, and fuel was priced well! Came in because of weather and, after waiting for it to improve, chose to spend the night. Steve let us use a really nice crew car. The nearby Comfort Inn was clean and affordable. This was our first visit, but definitely not our last.

Awesome fuel stop! JP greeted us planeside when we arrived on the way home from Oshkosh… we took the crew car to Paynes Soda Fountain, which was like going back in time! Will certainly stop here again!!

Clean, friendly, good value, crew car, go dine at the Dock! 10/10. I’ll return.

Wonderful Time. Corey was good at the FBO. very helpful. Local rental car company will drop off car. They do have courtesy cars. Snacks at FBO

We were welcomed by a friendly face and choice of couple nice crew SUVs. Scottsboro has everything one looks for when planning a fun "local" trip. Friendly staff, crew cars, building access after hours (Spent a night in the lounge area when weathered in a few years back ), local sites to walk/explore (marina) , good food nearby, no landing fee, decent gas prices. (C172). Many thanks to the gent on duty mothers day afternoon. We were treated like royalty; even our rowdy puppy pax.

Really fine facility. They have 3 crew cars for use, all very fine and new. I was here for two days picking up a plane and they were very accommodating the whole duration
