Absolutely friendly and helpful staff. Flew in for a few days, and they were really accommodating the whole time. They set me up with a courtesy car for a bit, then smoothly moved me into an on-site car rental for the next few days. Great communication from management, line staff, and instructors. Well done 3DW! Can't wait to come back again.

Very welcoming personnel, every one of them! FBO, lounge, and restrooms are tidy, pleasant, and relaxing. This is a premier FBO with an outstanding team. 10/10

Good spot for a fuel and food stop. Very welcoming FBO. Appreciate the crew car so we could get some breakfast close to the airport.

We stopped in on a Saturday morning for a short stay, Eli was waiting as we taxied to the ramp to marshal us to our parking spot. He was very cordial and ready to assist with any needs we had. Went inside and Chris was behind the desk, he was as welcoming and ready to help also. I would suggest this as a spot to stop. The FBO was newly remodeled and very tidy. We will be back! Wow what can u say. The folks here are super friendly and helpful. We flew in to delivery a rescue dog and were met with a dead battery. They pushed my plane inside, figured out the issue and sent me on my way at no cost whatsoever. Definitely will stop here again!

Incredibly friendly and competent staff! I was parked here when a tornado came thru Springfield. Lauren made certain that the plane made it into a hangar ahead of the worst of it. Several planes were damaged at SGF. I'm very thankful I chose 3DW!

Flew in here on a weekday. Wife had a meeting downtown. I used courtesy car -- dropped her off and I came back and used pilots lounge for my work. Enjoyed visiting with staff. Flight line took care of fueling plane at a very fair cost. Good experience -- and we survived “The TOWER”.
