Fuel pump sign dated 2 Jul 26: "PUMP OUT OF ORDER". Again, no NOTAM was published!

I come through here pretty often to get fuel. On May 5th, the credit card machine attached to the fuel pump wasn't working.

Stopped 1/1/24, Happy New Year! Sadly the Avgas pump was marked out of service. Too bad

Best fuel prices in the area and a very genial host in the spartan FBO. Quick turn, clean bathrooms, good snacks. Certainly a good stop if it’s on your way. Pay attention to sticky fuel handle.

Stopped by 6/29, but the CC machine wouldn't communicate with the fuel pump. Couldn't dispense any fuel.

Pulled in for fuel and started pumping. The first time I released the handle, the flow stopped, which was the usual test I do with a pump I haven't used before. But when I was nearly Full, I let go and it kept pumping. The handle had jammed in the open position. I grabbed the inner section and "forced" it shut. It was stuck Open. So be sure you know you can stop the flow before you absolutely need to. I ended up with about 1/4 gallon of fuel on the ground and across the wing of the plane.

Sometimes bad things occur and when you have people like Sue assisting you, you know everything is going to be fine. What marvelous people they are at Union!
